I'm Katya Edelshtein​

Born in Ukraine and shaped by a global career, I bring a unique cross-cultural perspective to leadership and human transformation. Educated in the US, lived in 7 countries across several continents , have been one of the most successful leaders in the company by the age of 40. ​​

Before turning to executive coaching and advisory, I spent more than 20 years in international executive roles, including serving as Chief Commercial officer at Nielsen, working with some of the world’s largest organisations across Europe, China, and the Middle East. Advising CEOs, CMOs and CSO's of the largest Fortune 500 companies around the world about their sales and marketing strategy has been daily routine. Leading teams across 30+ countries, building succession pipeline, leading organisational transformations, productivity initiatives and managing P&L.
